St. George's Secondary School currently offers and educational programme for ages 11 through 16. The educational programme reflects a broad based rigorous academic curriculum rooted in Christian values.

Computer Education is integrated into all subject areas, when and where appropriate. Spanish is the second language of choice.
Senior programme
At the end of Form 3, students can opt for a maximum of eight subjects and a minimum of five. ompulsory subjects are MATHEMATICS, ENGLISH LANGUAGE, a SCIENCE and a HUMANITY. These subjects are taken at the Caribbean Examination COuncil's (CXC) General proficiency Level (CSEC).
CXC provides examination and certification at the secondary and post-secondary levels. The Caribbean Secondary Education Certificate (CSEC) examination is offered to students at the end of the secondary 5 year education cycle. CXC examinations and certification are accepted regionally and internationally
